This is a hands-on, immersive workshop that blends theoretical input with group exercises. My coaching guidance ensures inclusivity with an emphasis on team collaboration. The main objective of the workshop is to boost team productivity, strengthen team morale and practice effective, respectful communication. The workshop is perfect for any manager who has ever scratched their head trying to understand why things are not getting done or why their team seems constantly unhappy.
